Reservation
Checking in/out
- Check-in between 15:00 and 20:00
- By exception, any other type of arrangement needs to be agreed in advance and may result in additional charges.
- Check-out before 11:00. Late check-out is not possible and can be charged as an additional night.
Parking
- You can use our private parking free of charge throughout your stay.
- One parking space is provided per room.
- If you arrive early (before check-in), you can leave your car in our parking lot, but not before 12:00 PM and subject to availability.
- The nearest free public parking is 300 m away: Boomstraat 28, 3798 Voeren (50.756641, 5.760003). There you will find an Allego charging station for your electric car.
Deposit
- Un dépôt de garantie de 50 € par chambre peut être demandé à l'arrivée et sera restitué au départ si aucun problème lié aux dommages causés à nos installations, à la perte des clés, etc. ne survient.
- Les prix de location couvrent les services de nuitée et de petit-déjeuner, mais ne couvrent pas les coûts de réparation des dommages dus à une utilisation anormale des installations.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 9:30
Multimedia
- All TV channels are free of charge as well as the use of WiFi both in your room and common arrears.
- A fixed telephone is available on request
Housing Rules. General terms and conditions
You have chosen a B&B, which means that you will participate in the family life of other people and automatically will agree on our housing rules and general terms and conditions stated below:
- We will put all our efforts to ensure your stay as comfortable as possible, but we kindly ask you to respect the privacy and sleep of your hosts as well as the rest and peace of other guests.
- We are a peaceful Adults-Only B&B. The minimum age is 15 years. Only 2 persons admitted per room. No extra beds /baby cot could be accommodated in the rooms
- B&B "Secret Garden" has been renovated and furnished with the greatest love and care so you’re kindly requested to respect and take care of your room and all facilities provided and to leave the premises for the next clients in the same shape as you found it upon your arrival. In this respect, we would also kindly ask our guests:
- To respect as much as possible the opening and closing hours of the B&B,
- Out of those hours, to respect silence and rest of other guests,
- To avoid disturbance with too high-level sound of music or TV during your stay,
- Not to bring food in the sleeping rooms; everything you need is available during normal meal times in the common room on the ground floor.
- For hygienic reasons and for your own comfort, please avoid entering common living areas, stair cage and especially your sleeping rooms with dirty and muddy shoes. A storage room for these effects of walking is provided in the outbuildings of our B&B.
- People other than the guests themselves have no access to the rooms
- All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors. (When someone does smoke in the rooms a fine of 150 euro will be applied). For the smokers (including the smokers of electronic cigarettes) there are special smoking areas available outdoor.
- In case of damages, you will be asked to pay compensation in accordance with existing legislation and civil responsibility norms. Every theft will be reported to the police.
- Pets are not allowed for hygienic and practical reasons
- We are not responsible for any accidents, damages, theft or losses that result from your own inattention. Damages to vehicles parked on our parking are not covered.
- We would like to minimize our ecological footprint, so we kindly request you to make sensible use of water, electricity, heating and towels.
